Hetaoni Anthology/Artbook - Artists and Other Openings

We’ve finally deliberated over our Artist submissions and our official Artist list is now:

We still have space for anyone who wants to take the characters; Canada, China, America or Germany, and you can even have the opportunity to submit Fiction as we have enough artists now.

The Brief:

With your character you have been given we want you to draw a short 4-5 page (the amount is negotiable) comic and an illustration centric to the character and their time in the mansion. This can either be from the canon events just drawn up, or you can give us a scenario that might not have been covered but still follows the canon timeline.

Example:

During the loop in which Italy dies, England ends up using time magic to turn back but this is never seen. How did he find this out and what was his reaction to having to do it? 

You could do a comic based on this.

IMPORTANT: You cannot do an ending, or anything that goes beyond 17 1/2

• Could I please get hold of a skype and/or contact email/place for any of the artists. Leave it as a Fanmail on this blog.
• THE DEADLINE FOR ART IS THE 1ST OF JANUARY. However I will be asking to check up on art at certain checkpoints.

OH HEY GUYS LOOK A NEW PART. So this is what we were working so hard on over summer. I’m still so sorry about the sound quality, I’m no sound artist… But hey! I’m working on it…

Hetaoni - The Anthology

In order to raise money for HetaOni: The Bodycount. The production company is going to create an art book.

This will be a black and white anthology based on the fan game of Hetalia and AoOni. Artwork by the fans for fans and will be a fantastic opportunity to show off your work at its best for the rest of the fandom. It’s a celebration of the incredible work and story of the game and therefore will have work inside it that reflect it as such.

The art book will consist of two pages per character where you can create a short comic or piece of artwork focusing on one of the main characters in the game.

In the picture/comic you can include other character but the absolute focus point must be the character you are given.

We will then select the people who will be included in the book and give further details to the project.

Perks of getting involved? You get credited, your work will be displayed in the book and you will be allowed the whole Art book at a lower price than the price it will be retailed at.

Inspiring Artwork

Recently I saw these pieces were submitted to a Hetaoni group on deviantArt, aren’t they beautiful? These interesting concepts were illustrated by a russian artist under the username; ~Wida-Smashing. We liked her artwork so much we decided to give her a feature on here, especially not only her interesting tribal storybook style, but the interesting concept design for the monster. They really capture the emotions of Hetaoni and it’s really good work!

We look forward to seeing more art from the Hetaoni fans!
